Drum Chipper

Introduction :
Drum Chipper is a special equipment to produce wood chips, which is widely used in particleboard, medium and high density fiberboard factory and other wood industries.
Drum Chipper has advanced structure, high-quality chipping, widely applicable raw materials, easy operation and maintenance. The main raw material is small diameter wood, processing residues (such as branches, slab, crates, logs, core and waste veneered.). And it also can be used to cut non-wood raw materials (such as sugar cane, reed, bamboo etc.).

Application
Paper-making factory, chipboard factory, fiber board factory and wood chip production base. Raw materials are raw wood, undersized log, etc., kinds of wood chips of uniform length and thickness.

1. Even crushing function of multi-cavities which is suitable to crush hard material.
2. Reasonable design of leveling plate making the finished material finer and cubic-shaped without internal cracks.

Structure: 
Drum Chipper includes main engine, engine base, coupling, and under-frame. Main engine consists of cutter head, upper and lower housing, inlet and outlet. Cutter head is the very part worn worst. The flying knife, bottom knife and flying knife bolt adopting the special steel and are made specially, which prolongs the life of the machine. Working every day and be checked if certain part looses to prolongs the life of machine.
